Congrats on the decision to take back your life. I made the same decision a year ago. The freedom is so worth the hell you're going through now, so hang in there. In addition to posting this intro you need to head over to Pre-HOF July 2017 Group (click here) and post roll with the July 17 group. You're in the July quit group because that's when you hit your 1st milestone of 100 days Quit. Posting roll is the cornerstone of what this site is about.

We post roll every day and early in the day. WUPP (Wake Up Piss Post) is our motto. It's a promise to the group and yourself that you wonÃ,’t use nicotine in any form today, not a status update at the end of the day.

Your group is just starting out so there's only a couple of new quitters there right now, but once it gets going make sure to share your digits with the other quitters in your group. Using chantix to quit. Day 3, been quite irritable, but nothing too horrible. Been a 2 can a day of Grizzly Long Cut Straight guy for a couple years, was a smoker previously, but quit that in 2008, also with chantix. Been reading a lot of threads here. Lots of great advice. Glad I signed up.
