I follow the directions, but it puts me in the support section----any ideas what im doing wrong??  Oh yeah, Day 3 almost done------today is a bit rougher---more headaches and cant concentrate.......

1st - great decision.
2nd - you need to put your name under the quitters section, it does not auto sort for you.
3rd. for now, dont worry about it too much. We will help you out, and once the fog clears a bit you will be posting roll like a champ.

You did better than most with roll for a first try.

The underlined words are actually links that will show you step by step. It made a lot more sense to me watching it instead of trying to make sense of the words..

Welcome - great first step. make sure you don't have any hidden cans. Never again shall you dip, not just once. You can do this. Use the site. I was a 30 year idiot and now 904 days smarter. Day by day. Vent here, read everything, post up each day and keep your word.


Lots of people here to help. Use it and once you get thru the first few days you will feel stronger. Just keep in mind, it's a fight and the nic bitch cheats. Be prepared.
