I know the time has come to quit! I will listen to each word of advise because this 35 year snuff habit must end, and end once and for all. I know this is a horrible habit if you have been doing it for 1 year or 35 years like myself. I like many have attempted the quit only to fall to the power of the NIC over and over. I not only need to quit but I WANT to quit, so here I am begging for help from others who have gone or going through the quit.

I have looked over how things function here and totally understand the importance of brotherhood. Before I start I need to understand what could be a possible issue before I commit because I need to be 100% in. Here is the problem I will have and need to know if a solution persist ?

There will be some days I cant be present to post rollcall and on many days will not have cell phone privileges to text and I need to know how I can honor the code of committing to the quit daily. I have seen some post where people say "you can always get to a computer, phone,etc.." Please understand its due to my profession that its not always possible daily and believe me its not always possible by everyone.

I do want to quit and my mind and ears are wide open for your help. Please help me make this happen.
It is very important to post roll every single day giving your word of honor that you will not use nicotine in any way shape or form for that day.

If you do not post roll, you are giving yourself an out.

Having said all of that. Do you want to quit? Go post roll. Give your word and keep it.

We shall see how bad you want to quit and stay that way.

P.S. Prisoners in solitary confinement find a way to order hits on people in entirely different prisons, in different states. Not that I've ever tried it mind you but I've seen that shit on T.V. And I did stay at a Holiday Inn once, I think ;)

P.P.S. No more excuses. Post roll and keep your word.

P.P.P.S. Do it now.

If you want it bad enough, you'll find a way! I won't give you an out.
Yes, do it now. Post day 1 today as it is obvious you can get to a computer today.
