Now, what do you see? If you said "balls", then congrats. You have the best tool of all to quit once and for all. Those balls will help you get through those "shitty and stressful days" too.

That's the "Accountability" thing that you have already heard about. Get to know these quitters on a personal level, they will support you and save your life.
