Hey folks. I'm 42 and ready to quit. Friends have had medical issues, and I caught my 7 yo boy smelling the can last week. It's time to cowboy up and quit.

I've been leading into quitting this crap for a few weeks. Monday morning I used for 5 minutes and threw the can away. I think it's mostly psychological at this point, but this has been a 23 year addiction.
I like you already. You've done the hardest part of getting through the physical addiction--nicotine clears your system in about 3 days. Badass. Still big challenges ahead, but that's what we are here for.

I quit with you today!

Man up and be a quitter ODAAT. Post Roll EDD. It works.

EDD: Every Damn Day
