Gordy- 100

I was here once before as a quitter named Gordy, I just recently signed back up as Gordo. I am on day 3. So here we go again for all the right reasons.
I don't think that is permitted. Can't hide from your past there Gordy. You need to give an explanation to your former and new (Sept 12) quit groups.

1) What Happened?

2) Why Did It Happen?

3) What are you going to do differently this time?

Btw, Gordo is "Fat" in Spanish.
1) I started chewing again obviously
2) It happened bacause I lost focus
3) Not chew again.

Good thing I'm not spanish!!
Holy shit balls. That is almost 4 years quit???

I am just curious. How much and long have you been dipping before you came back. Did you have one and immediately come back or were you back to dipping like you never quit?

I would think an addict would dip realize they screwed up and try to get as much dipping in before they posted roll.

Any truth to that?

At any rate. I am really sorry you are posting day 1 again. Even though it is sad, there is hope that your are back on the wagon.

So someone like me that is excited to be almost a HOFamer, what would you warn me of and tell me to watch out for? I would think that 4 years you would have beat all the triggers.....

What was so inviting to throw your quit years away???? How and why did you surrender to nicotine after all that time?

Maybe I am naive but I really don't get it.

Thanks
I second MT

I would really like to know why you are back on the can. Some more detail would be really great so that others know what to watch for.
Where the hell is your roll post?

Surely a hall of faker as yourself can figure out how to post roll.

You also need to go back to your old group and explain what happened.

Girdle, we don't Fuck around here and I do not appreciate your glib answerer to the 3 questions.

Obviously, you started chewing again? When did this start? Were you active pre-hof? Did you stray immediately or gradually?

Why did you cave? This site is full of great information that may help you answer that question.

Finally, what's your plan this time? Obviously you made it to the hof once so you know what it takes to stop. What tripped you up and what's your plan to deal with that this time?
In the end I Surrender, I and I alone accept that I have and always will have a Nicotene ADDICTION. It is my choice to quit, but I can't do it alone. I get to go down this path one time, I want to do it right. I recognize that my word, my integrety to you is on the line and is only as good as my actions. Caving is not an option in this plan-Eafman 7/11

I am not cured. I will quit one day at a time. I will continue to do what works. Posting roll everyday. To do otherwise would be foolish on my part. You can do this-Ready 12/11

To overcome your addiction you must comprehend what it means to fail-Razd 3/12

Theres a lot of people that come here, especially vets, that WANT to be reminded that they are addicts.-Tarpon 6/12

Just as a building starts with architectural drawings. Your daily quit begins with a promise.-Scowick 2/13

Here and now, focused on today, minute by minute, whatever it takes, I promise to all my bros and myself not to become a negative stat and stay quit!-krok 1/15

I want everyone to be quit. Even the assholes.-Probe1957 1/18

Ignoring history or erasing history fixes nothing and leads you inevitably down the same path.-69franx 04/30/2021

I suggest you contact a MOD to get your password thing fixed up.

Until then, I was looking for a bit more in your response to #3. Your answer is a given. Let's re-focus the questions:

Why did you lose focus?

Why did you stray from KTC?

Welcome back Gordy. There is only one good reason to quit...and that is for YOU..

You better be selfish with your quit and guard that mother like it's the most precious thing in this world.

Cojones is the spanish word you're looking for.
I quit with with you all!

Yeah if I was hiding I would have never mentioned it. I just forgot my password after a couple years and made a new account. I have no problem going back to using Gordy.
