Congrats on being the first Mayhemiac to cross over into the HOF, Eaglesfan. I had initial doubts about your commitment early in your quit, and couldn't be happier to have been proven wrong! Keep it up, and reach out anytime you need me to post roll for you.

I started dipping my junior year in high school. Kept doing it through football and wrestling. Whenever I played golf I had it in. Suddenly you blink and your 41! It was finally time for "maybe next year,"to be this year. Enough of the excuses and time to be truly healthy in 2014. I'm not only quitting for me, but for my beautiful wife and three kids. Now hopefully I'll be around for a long time. So I can walk my daughter down the aisle when she gets married or be there for my kids when they all graduate from college. It's been 63 days so far and the tough part in the beginning is done. I just have to stay vigilant in my quit and make sure to use the tools thàt this site gives me to be successful! I'm thankful for the chat room and all of the great people who I have already met and look forward to meeting some day.
Good job EF.
I knew I was betting on a winner. Now you just have to get in here and comment. You have some strong quit experience to share and I find the more you share the stronger your quit becomes.
Glad to quit with you Brother.

Good job. Post roll every single day if you want to ensure your quit. Otherwise you risk a cave. You need the daily promise. Listen to what evil won says and do it.

We've met in chat many times. May I suggest jumping in with both feet. Start with posting roll every day without exception. 63 days makes you a vet to many around here. How about jumping into someone's intro and offering a little guidance? You will get out of KTC what you put in.

Minimal effort = minimal quit. You will likely drift away and may or may not go back to dipping.

Maximum effort = Build a quit foundation. Build friendships. Experience the brotherhood. Strengthen your quit by participating and learning. With friends here it is a lot harder to sneak away un-noticed. This is what Quitting and KTC are about.
