First things first......did you quit cold turkey or are you using patches or gum? We are a cold turkey nic free group here.

Second......if you are truly nic free you need to click the welcome center link in the top left and learn how to post roll call in the March quit group!

Quitting is the hardest easy thing you will do here:

1. Wake Up
2. Post roll you will be nic free for the day
3. KEEP YOUR WORD
4. Repeat tomorrow


it has worked for me for the last 110 days!
