Hello. I'm 42 and have been chewing and dipping for 37yrs. Hard to believe huh. That's part of life growing up on farm. I took my last dip at 6 am this mornig 10/19/11. going cold turkey. I am a nervous wreck right now,headache,starting to get pissed off,mad whatever you want to call it. I really could use some support from you guys as I am starting to take it out on my wife and I don't want to do that. I am reading over this site and trying to learn what I can. I am going to stay committed to quitting this time because I am doing it for myself first and foremost. Thanks for letting me vent.
