Been dipping for about 14 years now. I've decided it's time to quit. Not try to quit, I am going to quit and stay quit.

Sick of spending the money, lying to my family, worrying about a spitter in the car, or at work. Looking unprofessional at work, or having to find a trash can. Sick of checking the floor in the bathroom for chew shavings.

Today will be the first day in 14 years I haven't had any dip. Wish my luck.
Welcome aboard! Hey man, no luck is needed in this. I'm not gonna wish you luck and you don't need or want luck to stay quit. Unless you think there's an actual possibility some dip my fly out of the sky and shoot into your lip, you don't need to luck to stay quit. What you need is commitment to stay quit. You pledge to us that you won't put any nicotine in your system for the rest of the day. You make that pledge once every morning and your ass is covered. Nicotine is not an option. We do it one day at a time though. So just quit for today. No need to quit for forever. Just win today, it's much easier and you'll learn to value your time.

So get your ass over to November 2014 quit group, and post roll. Get it done right now. Don't dawdle. Give us your pledge that your are quit for today.

I quit with you today.
Nicotine Quit Date:10/31/2013
