Have not seen you post roll in a few days. I would advise you for your sake to post roll as soon as possible or let us know what is going on.

Congrats on a great decision.

You will soon see that you do not need nicotine and you never really did. The addiction is made up of lies and deceit. A great quitter once said you have accomplished great things in your life in spite of nicotine, NOT BECAUSE OF IT. What until you see what you are capable without it.

You posted roll giving your word to remain nic-free for the rest of the day. Seems easy enough to do 40 miles out, but once you hit shore and you notice all those c-stores with their fancy displays, remaining quit will become a test. The Nic Bitch will be whispering in your ear! Slap her back into submission. You own her ass now.

I just did it! I'm tired of that nicotine bitch! I'm stuck 40 mi offshore in the gulf of mexico and decided i was done with this! I dumped the rest of my copenhagen out into the gulf...i'm through!
