This thread completely ruined my day. I spent the last 20 minutes reading all your posts and now I'm feeling damn near physically ill because you decided to cave after all the hardship and adversity you suffered throughout this stop. I'm also worried about whether we should allow you back into this community because your thread demonstrates you fought a passive battle with your addiction. Perhaps your quit group will refute me, but I saw no evidence of the fire, passion, and rudimentary problem solving necessary to quit nicotine; instead, I saw a man who learned nothing from his addiction and who chose to give up and threaten his health and his family's financial security. You clearly learned to talk the talk but you've applied none of what you learned here to your own life.

Before you commit to this site again, I want you to do several things: (1) explain your 3.25.14, and 5.1.14 posts to this entire community because I want you to convince us that you learned something from those posts and I want to hear solutions about how you are going to avoid these same long term problems once they arise again because they will; (2) I want you to act like a beacon for all the newbies who have or had less quit days than you before you pissed them away; and (3) I want you to think long and hard about your 1.22.14 post.

In your 1.22.14 post, you worried about how caving veterans would affect your quit. Well you were right. I feel like your cave has put the October and September classes in jeopardy. I've talked to some of those fine gentlemen in chat for the last two nights and they are in the middle of the suck. They need advice and positive role models to guide them during the suck; they don't need someone who chooses failure. Your caving puts their quits in jeopardy because their addict brains are looking to give them any excuse to cave. You've just taught them they can choose to FAIL. THIS IS WRONG!

At day 133 I posted my last roll. At day 135 I caved. I planned it and went ahead without using any of my tools that were available. At day 133 I posted my last roll. At day 135 I caved. I planned it and went ahead without using any of my tools that were available. I just had to try it and my intent was to quit again right after that. Long story short, it turned into a fullblown fuck fest with the nic bitch and I am not ready to get out of bed with her yet.
