Quote from: Fatlip08So I am getting my ass kicked.

I got fake snuff, gum, seeds, an a few fireballs..
I'm starting to settle into just how much this is gonna suck.

I suppose it will be good motivation to stay away from nicotine..
I won't lie, when I did "the suck" it was awful. I posted a day 94 today - that is almost 14 weeks. My mouth still doesn't feel right. This whole experience has taught me that chewing really screwed me up.

The good news is that things will get better when you stick with it. B)B

First now that your quit don't worry about the week, we quit one day at a time. (Minute by minute of you have to.). As far as reading; words of wisdom. HOF speeches. Pick out some intros and read them from start to finish (the longer the better). Have you checked out chat? Just remember all of us no matter how long we've been quit were where you are at one time.

Flush that tin and ride the apprehension to freedom.  It will suck then fog whenever you get around to it... the sooner you start the sooner life is better. You know the drill, go to March 2016 say hi, post roll. Repeat in the morning. Drink lots of water, exercise, read even more of this site... and come here to bitch about your apprehension while quit!

Your motivated, time for lurking is past, time to quit is now.

------ 'boob' nice roll post! Glad to quit with you!

Been lurking on this site for a few months and kinda following along with how things work.
Today I am highly motivated but very apprehensive about the rest of the week.
I get that your apprehensive about quiting but there really is never going to be a better time to quit then right now. There's never going to be a day that will make it easier or more convenient. Just take the plunge! Easier said than done i know but you need to do this for you. So YOU get it in your head that your ready to be free and let's do this together, man. You quit one day at a time. Every day will be easier then the day before.
