Good decision! The posting of role call is that backbone of this program! Get on there and post your promise for today then repeat tomorrow!

Keep it up and proud to be quit with you today.

Welcome!

I have just recently made it through my first week of quit. On day 10 now. I wouldn't wish the aggravation of the first week on anyone, but I will to you. Only so that you know how fortunate you are for having come to KTC and making the first step towards quitting. I can't tell you how resourceful and supportive this community is. From the Veterans and H.O.F-ers to new quitters like ourselves, there is a shared sense of quit.

Be sure to check out the welcome page and post roll to your respective quit group.

Damn proud to quit with you!

PM me with any questions.

Best,

JMAC

Well my Rangers won and now it looks like I will get to bed earlier than usual rather than stay up to have another dip while my family sleeps. Like a lot of the stories I have read, I wasted so much to have another dip. I am ready to wake up tomorrow, post and committ to quit for the day.

I have made it before for a few days or so, but always lacked the strength to stay quit. I could always let myself down. Now is different.
Use the chat room... I was in there constant for 2 days when I quit now 8 days ago. The folks here are awesome and will help hold you to the fire.

Welcome and you have come to the right place if you REALLY want to quit. Keep in mind that we don't "attempt" to quit...we QUIT, period.

Like you, I dipped for many years and had more attempts to quit than I could could count...UNTIL I found KTC. Tomorrow will be my 89th day of freedom. You, too, can have that same success. Success that MANY celebrate every day right here at KTC.

Click the "Welcome Center" link at the top left and learn how to post roll. That is the key. You post roll every morning and make a promise not to use nicotine that day...just that day. Then you wake up the next morning and repeat. Trust me, it works. So drink the koolaid and get busy changing your life RIGHT NOW. Get in there and learn to post roll NOW.

Should if you need anything.

Well, I am glad I found KTC today. I know I will need the support, since my many attempts at quitting before have failed.

My last dip was earlier this afternoon. I threw out 3 cans of my stash and am motivated that this is it. I have been dipping for 18 years and dip almost a can a day. I dipped Red Seal for the past 8 years and about 7 with copenhagen. I would like to share my experience over the many posts I plan on making in the future to help me through this, so I won't make this too long, but wanted to introduce myself.
