Brisket was excellent and I am still nicotine free after a full 14 days !!! For 31 years the nicotine bitch had me under her deceptive thumb with little to no hope of ever getting away from her. I am starting to feel better and I almost feel 10 tall and bullet proof. Thank You my brothers and KTC...................
Great 14 days.
Always guard your quit, dont get to confident that your addiction is under control. It is always there, lurking, waiting to catch you off balance.
Enjoy your new found freedom.
NICK
Glad you are feeling well bud. Enjoy it while it lasts. If you are anything like the rest of us addicts, you probably have some hard days ahead. Just remember why you wanted to escape the clutches of nicotine in the first place. Dont be a slave, freedom is so much better.

I have a plan to stay quit over this holiday weekend. Go to Sam's Club and purchase two exceptional lean briskets and slow cook them on my smoker for a minimum of 18 hours. Wrap them in aluminum foil and place in cooler for 1 hour. Invite my Russian wife to a candle lit dinner with sides of onions and pickles. Anyone care to join me ??? Stay Quit My November Badass Brothers !!!
Oh yum that sounds awesome!! Am I invited?? :D

It's been 11 days and I am still tobacco free. I have met so many wonderful people and have a phone full of numbers. I have heard numbers like 100, 500, 1000+ days quit and more. These numbers feel like mountains compared to my 11 days quit. Thanks to the people in the November Group and others that have been with me during these tough, fog filled days. Cheers and QUIT ON !!!
Awesome congrats! That's great news, doesn't it feel great to hit the double digits!! Amazing how awesome the guys on this site are that after just a few days you can have a phone full of numbers, I haven't even started nearly using them all. That's an amazing response!!
Great job! We all started the journey in the same place. The destination is awesome. Freedom is worth the price. So glad you found us.
Do not worry about a number other than one....today

11 days is a huge accomplishment, nicely done! I will quit with you tomorrow as well....deal?

STAY QUIT
Greg

11 is a great number construction man. You know what 11 means brother. You may not have as many days racked up as some, but your just as quit. We are all 5 bucks and a few minutes away from failure.

The good thing is we choose not to fail. Post roll daily and keep our promise.

Hold your head proud my friend. 11 days and continuing one day at a time. Glad to be quit with you.
Thanks srans !!! It's true that we are all just five bucks away from failure. I am 49 and dipped for 31 years. People would sometimes tell me..."If you quit, think of the money that you will save !!!" It never made any sense or difference to me because I am a builder and real estate developer and two dollars a day still doesn't mean much to me. Dipping did not help me do my job better or negotiate with subcontractors any better. It just made me a drug addict. Cheers My Brother, I am glad to be QUIT with You !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Sounds like there is some quit in you construction! I like what I see and let me know if you need anything, I quit with you on this eleventh day bro and just like Srans pointed out my 122 days is no more quit that are your 11. Quit is quit, it just gets easier and better and we add days of being a bad ass quitter! Keep adding those ones.
Construction - now you are building a house of quit! Nice job so far - you are building contacts and making friends. How has life been without poison running thru ya the past several days?
