YES! That's what "the suck" is all about. Don't forget why you came here and battle through! One day, one hour, one minute, and one second at a time. Stay strong brother.

Updated original thread. God day 1 is hard. Im sitting here after eating dinner about to chew my lip off while blankly staring into space like Adam Sandler in Click.

This sucks. But its completely worth it.
Keep it up buddy, it's absolutely worth it! You're worth it, your life is worth it.

PM me if you want/need a number to help you through.
It does. It gets WAY better.

Just stay quit. Quit this minute. Then quit this minute... and the next. You'll get through it.

Hey Mr. Pilot. One things that I've noticed if anything with this forum, is that there is no trying, only doing.

You've got my number. Give me a shout if you need to scream, yell, cry, whatever...just don't put that shit back in your mouth.

I quit with you today and congrats on making the best decision of your life.

Welcome. Find out how to post roll and do it EVERY DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is the most important thing we do here. Also, get involved and get some contact numbers from other quitters. If you want mine, shoot me a PM.

Hey guys and gals,

My name is Matt, and I am addicted to Copenhagen. I've been dipping since I was 15 years old (16 years now) 2+ cans a day; and am ready to finally rid myself and family of the burden that smokeless tobacco has caused.

I'm doing this for my kids, my wife, myself, my health and my pocketbook. I'm tired of being fussed at for leaving a spit bottle here or there, or I don't want a kiss with a dip in your mouth or your hands stink, etc.

I will be looking to this group to help kick this disgusting and life-taking habit out of my life for good.

Hope I don't disappoint yall or myself.
None of that sissy hope and try BS here bro - only hard earned quit. If you really want to quit and you want a place that will hold your feet tothe fire, then you're in the right place.

Hang tight and I;ll get you the links on how to post roll and start taking your life back.

I'm quit with you today

Gotcha, I'll lose those words...

Welcome Pilot... We've talked in the live chat. Good to have you here!

First off - we don't HOPE here at KTC. We just quit like fuck every damn day! Let's start by removing that bullshit hope word from your vocabulary and start to quit like fuck a day at a time!

Read over the welcome center:
forum/55560/

Post roll everyday, early in the morning (no excuses here). Your quit group will be September. That's your promise/commitment to us and to yourself that you're going to stay quit for the day (24 hours). Honesty is everything, to us and to yourself.

Start gathering phone numbers and build your web of accountability. We will hold you accountable for your quit, and we expect you to hold us accountable as well. Actually text and/or call those numbers you get in good and bad times. Build your brotherhood.

As you're aware, Live Chat is a good place to connect, get numbers, shoot the shit...

If you can promise to keep the poison out of your face today I'll be happy to quit with you.
Send me a PM if you want a phone number to start building your brotherhood and accountability with.

Ok, I set you a PM with a lot of information.

This is your page; use it to rant, share success stories, think out loud, etc. Chat rooms are great, and reading the HOF speeches and the Hall of Legends speeches helped me slog on through the suck.

Reach out to the guys in your group - Sept14 - you've got some solid quitters in there, and the legendary LOOT (I would tell you about him, but I think you should just poke around on the site and find out on your own)

If you need a number or anything, just PM me.

You can accomplish this by being a man of your word... living up to the fight that each of us put in each day. Here... we DO. We don't try. We fight for what we want and we win each day. It's not always easy but it's sure as hell worth it. The price of freedom and healing is the pain and the suck we endure to move past the abuse we've done to ourselves for so many years. You can do this man! We are right there with you...
Well, it’s one louder, isn’t it? It’s not ten.
