Do whatever it takes to keep your mind and body occupied. The freedom on the other side of the suck is worth the pain. Do whatever it takes to stay quit.
I am doing my best, almost 4 days behind me. A good start and tomorrow I will try to win the day again. I can't wait to see the other side, I started so young I don't even remember what the other side looks/feels like anymore.
remember one day at a time aim for staying quit on day 5 then go from there, focus on your daily the other side will come but you will only get there one day at a time

Well I think that is one of the main problems having a lot of trouble sleeping as well. I think as much as I don't feel like it I still need to get out and exercise or something to wear myself down.

I have been doing really well my first 3 days working through the suck, the fog, the deadlands, whatever you want to call it. All one can honestly say for sure is that its horrible. However for some reason today, day 4 I woke up feeling the worst I had so far, I spent about 2-3 hours sweating and shaking in bed/on the couch because its my off day and having a real struggle with this quit. Been trying to make sure to stay hydrated been drinking alot of water, as far as food though my appetite is non-existent I haven't been hungry since I started this quit, I have ate but just because I know I need to eat, which is kind of weird. Any advice for me vets?
Its a struggle your body is going through one of the most drastic changes it probably has been through. just hang in there it will go away, It takes time but your body is reprogramming itself to be without NIC.

Stay strong in your quit and sleep as much as possible it seemed to help me alot with the battle.
