Why I started: I wanted a quick pick me up for long drives to and from work. Then I called it my focus juice when studying or playing video games or when we were jamming with the band. I loved dipping whenever I could. I thought it made me more manly, I thought it made me look cool. Wow was I wrong....
Why I quit: I always said over the 12 or so years I dipped...I dipped 1 year and tried quitting for 11... I no longer am trying. I quit everyday. I quit so that my boy will never see me do it and try it out. I quit so that I will have a jaw and a life to spend with him and my wife. I quit because I am tired of trying to hide it from everyone around me. I quit because I a taking my life back. I quit because I want to live a holy life for God and keep this temple clean.
My biggest help: thinking of my son. Prayer!! Making myself accountable for my actions so it's not just about me. I don't want to let others down.
