Hello all...

Finally had a chance to introduce myself.Ã,  My name is Shawn, I am 37 married, and live in Midland, MIÃ,  with my two daughters, ages 7 and 4.

I had been chewing for 17 years, Kodiak for the past 12, one can every day or two.Ã,  I like hunting, fishing, softball, snowmobiling, poker, Miller Lite...you get the picture...and am a project manager for a General Contractor.

I quit on Thursday, Feb. 7 at 9:00am.Ã,  Why?Ã,  Just have had enough.Ã,  I actually had a fresh can with the lid off and I decided to pitch.Ã,  I then found this site about 2 minutes later.Ã, 

So far..Day 1 not bad, Day 2...fuck me!!!...I thought that the fog was bullshit!Ã,  Day 3 better, but I wanted one first thing in the morning.Ã,  Today the first thing I wanted was food.Ã,  I'll consider that progress.

If I can get through day 2 without cracking, anybody can do it!Ã,  I look forward to meeting and chatting with all of you.Ã,  Thanks.
