Kimbo, you are in quit group June 2018, this roll link:

June 2018

At the top of the roll link there is a sticky post with instructions (or, a link to instructions). Don't worry too much, if you fuck it up someone will fix it (like they did for me) and eventually you will get it.
Good luck and stay quit!

I opened all the cans and poured them into the trash. The trash is now going to the dump so I will not be getting any more of it.

You are right it is an addiction. Today is the day the cans have went into the trash.
Doing good. Getting close. FLUSH THAT SHIT DOWN THE TOILET!! I don't want to think about the times that I threw a can in the trash and ended up digging back in the trash to just get another dip!! Don't take the chance!

Great decision. I also 'stopped' when I had each of my four kids but ended up back at it. Wish I had a site like this back then. Keep at it and drink lots of water. My digits will be in your inbox in just a minute.

Hello all. IÂ’ve been dipping for around 10 years. It was one of those habits I got during the Army and never let go. It has followed me into the fire dept and law enforcement side. I have a 3 year old boy and a 1 year old girl and I donÂ’t want them to grow up and me miss any part of their lives. Therefore I have to make the decision to get rid of the can. IÂ’ve been trying for about a year with no success always falling back to the can. I hope this group can help me finally get rid of the can.
First things first, find your quit group, post your promise, read, read, read about everything in here. There a tutorials on how to post roll, even videos on Youtube I believe. Nicotine is not a habit. Nicotine and its usage is an addiction. You are an addict. Admit and acknowledge that fact before excusing it to a habit or anything less than what it truly is. We post our word here everyday. If you are not prepared to do that, to gather contacts, engage, and fight for your quit, you need not return. If you want to truly quit, not just try, this is how it's done and we will be here to support you as you need.
