Great choice kb and welcome to the party. If the last time you gave up using seems easy in the rearview mirror don't allow that to cloud your experience this time around. You're forgotten how tough that time was, and you'll forget how tough this quit will be. I've already forgotten how much of a basket case I was a mere 40 days ago. If all you can do is crawl for the next couple days crawl with all your effort. It's a great day to be quit

Hello

I am 41 and I have been dipping since I was 10 or 11 and I actually quit for 6 years but pressure and stress of a new job and the need to feel accepted in the new job made me re-sell my soul and health. I can never regain those days but I can make new ones without dip. I just ordered a mint sampler and that is how I quit last time so I figure if it worked once it can work again, and this time I have more self esteem and less of a need to be "One of the guy" I just wanted to tell someone the truth and it it feels damn good. ;)

Be seeing ya!
