Sorry I left you out wastepanel. You too. Anyone who calls me a liar. I find being called a liar offensive, I can understand why a Yankee wouldn't get that though.

Roll call is the most important thing you will do here. That one simple act will be what makes this quit different than any other attempt. Roll call, quite simply, is a promise to your brothers that you will be Nicotine Free for that day.

We require a simple “one day at a time” philosophy. Make roll call, concentrate on today and today only. We’ll work through the troubles of today with you. We’ll worry about tomorrow when it gets here.

Roll call will build accountability with your brothers. You know that the man next to you in line is going through or has dealt with the exact same things you are. Lean on the knowledge of those who have walked that road. Develop relationships with them and especially the guys in your home group. These people will save your life if you let them.

If you follow this simple advice you’ll be amazed. You have lied to, cheated on, and stole time from every single person you hold dear. You take roll call seriously, and you will find that total strangers will give your quit more accountability than any “real” person in your world.

If you want to quit, deep down, really want to quitÂ…roll call is the cornerstone you will build your quit house on. Be loyal to yourself, your group, and ultimately to QSX as a whole and you shall have the freedom you desire. Guaranteed.

Excellent! Now let's see if you can get two days in a row. That's the whole point of this...the system works. Promise that you won't use anything with nicotine today, keep your word, come back tomorrow and repeat. It's really that easy. Thousands of quitters here following the plan and kicking nicotine to the curb every day, but you know better than the rest of us. There are some bad ass quitters who have offered their support. Their only requirement is that you get on board with how we do things here. But you feel the need to talk trash and thumb your nose at these guys who want nothing more than to help you through your journey. I sincerely hope you're able to kick your addiction doing it "your way", but I'll stick to the method that the rest of us here use...because 217 days ago I learned that it works.

Dude, I read this and I started laughing. You are me around a week before new years. ITS OKAY. Everyone here has went thru what you are going thru. I am 24days into my quit. Not safe, not secure, but I am strong in my quit, cuz everymorning I get up and post roll. I have a few friends on here who I talk to, text, and message. Go read intro from nevada. It's pathetic my first few posts. People here are intense with their quit, they are waiting for you to post roll, then they are gonna form a circle around you and help you at any second of any day. Your quit sounds like you have made it along ways on your own. Thats big dude, just think how much bigger if you post roll. Then when you are done and in the HOF, you can badger, or nicely uplift the next quitter. Whatever your style of conversation is. Posting from your phone probably wont work well in a normal post as far as the cut and paste deal. What you can do is post in roll with your name and days let someone pick it up and post it for you. If you do that make sure you let them know you are posting from a phone. Don't give up on us yet!! This place works I dipped for 38 years and have been quit over 1,000 days so give us a chance.

This place is not a cult it is a community that is built on accountability. The reason posting roll is so important is that is the sole basis of accountability. It is a system that has worked for thousands of people, it is a track record of success. If you are like me and countless others you have attempted to quit on your own before with no success. If you want to try and quit on your own that is your you prerogative, but the way this community works is we post roll, we promise to quit with others so we don't have to do it alone. We get help from people who are going through the same situation and we give support when we can.

I thought you could not post roll from your phone so I found a way for you to do it. As already mentioned this place runs on accountability and it works. I tried to quit several times by myself I even went through doctors and help groups. With that said because of this place as of today I have been quit 1,027 days. I dipped for 38 years I still crave the stuff some days I know I am addicted to Nicotine and can not have just 1. If you decide to just follow along that is fine we have a wealth of information here I really don't care how you quit but I do want you to quit. If you do decide to follow along and not post roll you may not find to many guys here that will just BS about quitting with you.

If you decide not to post roll please feel free to take whatever you need from here to quit and stay quit. I just want to encourage you to post roll with the April 2012 group.

So you have shit to do, yet you take the time to write a diatribe about how cultlike we are? How long did that take you? And, obviously, you aren't reading enough because 90% of our posts are about how important roll is in your quit.

You do realize that roll is much easier than that?

In your first post, you called this "stupid". I don't think you're quit, and I think you will be back to fingerbanging a can very quickly.
