I am at 22 hours since my last dip.... I have been 1+ can every day for 15+ years... Of course I have "tried" to quit several times, can't fail this time.
Oh, you most certainly can fail this time hawk. The choice is up to you. The difference between your previous attempts and this one is this website. Your addiction needs accountability and we provide it.

Read the pink colored Welcome Center up at the top left and get your bearings as to how and why this site works (I have a guide to help you get started in my signature as well). Your roll group will be June '14 as that will be when you hit 100 days of quit.

Essentially, you win little mini battles each day. One day at a time, you beat back your addiction. You post roll with your group, promising to stay clean, and do it day, after day, after day.

I hope you read up and post roll today. Quit with you today.
Listen to wedge is knows what he is talking about. Take a look at the quote in his signature. I'm also in the same group and quit with that guy right up until the day before he quit. He had a desire to be nicotine free and for 200 days had the attitude that he wanted to stay free and couldn't cave. His cave made me realize how fragile our quits are. Shortly after that I meet another quitter that was just under 2 years, he expressed his terrible craving and shortly there after he quit posting or answering his phone. In fact he caved at just about exactly where I am today 703 days.

Drink deep of the quit koolaid and join us in quitting one day at a time. I like to quote MThomas "yesterday is gone, tomorrow may never come so live in the present and treat it like a present (gift)!" Post roll!
What these ^^^^^^ men said.
Without this site I would not be quit...that is a fact.
today I am quit. ODAAT and YOU can too.
Keeping my jaw and tongue...I like them.
