Good to see you on roll Gunnarstaal! You've made an excellent start just keep doing it just like you are.

If you haven't already, get some numbers from others in your quit group and hold each other accountable. That is what this site is about. The more involved you are helping others the stronger your personal quit will be as well.

Glad to see you here! You definitely made the right choice. The ktc way works, follow the prescription (WUPP), embrace the suck, drink lots of water and lean on your quit group and you will succeed.

Glad to see you in here with the rest of us. You're in the same group as me.. Exciting but well worth it. Welcome to the show, brother! This is a great place to get support. I was terrified to quit, now I'm just pissed about it. But I channel all that emotion into saying good bye and good riddance to the thing that kept me a slave for too long. Just make sure you check in to the board as often as possible. Even if just to post roll, read, and remind yourself what your doing and why your doing it.

We all need support in many ways. That is one reason we end up here at KTC. We are a family in many ways and will always help and talk each other down when needed and even more. Welcome to the best quit group!!

Glad you are scared. Scared will keep you on your toes. However, it doesn't last. Get to posting daily. Starting right now find your group and get to posting your promise daily. The promise is to yourself and you fellow quitters on this site that you will not use today. If posting daily sounds like something you don't want to do then quitting is something you don't want to do. Get some fellow quitters numbers (It means more for your quit to ask for the digits. It shows you want to change). Drink a ton of water and hold on.


Congrats on the decision to quit! It always has to be you! Your decision. Your quit. This introduction is your quit journal as well. Use it to your advantage.
