Hey folks, I'm four days in to my quit, and I figured I better introduce myself to everyone. I'm 33 and have been addicted to the can for the last 7 years. I've tried to quit before, with enough resolve to last about a day or so. But, this time I'm quitting for ME. It just so happens that in the process I'll also honor my wife, and our baby girl who is due any day now.

Thankful for this group, let's keep this up!
Congratulations on the new baby Moses. Thoughts and prayers with you and your wife as you welcome her into your lives.

Congrats also on making one helluva decision to join up with November and get your quit on. It will not always be easy, but it is far from an impossible task. Post roll every day with your brothers and start to build some accountability with them and some of the veterans posting support for you guys. It will be instrumental in your quit.

Keep it up and power through the first couple weeks, it gets a lot better. If you need anything, send me a PM.

Moses can't think of anything better than see a man put this shit down and never look back! One day it will be awesome to say my daughter never seen that disgusting shit in my mouth! Damn proud to be quit with you today my brother! If you want this, you will be successful. Dipped 38 years, 222 days of freedom later I will say it's definitely possible! Quit on!
I agree pab. It will be nice to say that Moses's daughter will never see that disgusting crap in his mouth. Congrats on Day 4 Moses. I am on Day 6, so I am right there with ya buddy. It seems to get easier than the first 3 days at least. Proud to be quit with you today!

VANDELAY INDUSTRIES! One of my favorites.

Welcome back. Take your quit seriously this time. Quitting is simple - hard as hell - but simple.

Post roll early every morning. Keep your promise. Grab some digits. Reach out when you need to.

My digits are a PM away.

Good afternoon, folks.  Quick intro here to whom it may concern.

I've been here before, roughly 3+ years ago, and made it a full 14 days before fading away and back to the can.  Been going steady since then with Skoal Straight Pouches, probably 1.5 cans per day, easily.

Really tired of this addiction, so here I am again.  Not much else to add...pretty simple really.

Welcome back Art. What was your previous username? What group where you in before?

Sorry but you are not allowed to view spoiler contents.
