Well folks here it goes. Day one. No more grizz mint. Wish me luck.
Welcome grizz! Luck has nothing to do with it. Quit is difficult, but simple:
1. Flush the contents of all your tins.
2. Go to the July 2016 Quit group. Post roll, meet fellow quitters, get to know them.
3. Read this site, especially hall of fame speeches and words of wisdom.
4. Drink lots of water, exercise. Consider fake chew or gum or seeds (no nicotine) for an oral fix.
Rinse and repeat when you wake tomorrow.
