Day 623. Never again is not a scary concept anymore, but a way of life. I used to think I'd have one on my death bed. Fuck that. That means the nic bitch wins, and she'll never beat BSD again, that's for damn sure.

Day 266.  I'm still here.  Never thought I would tackle and deal with the concept of never having nicotine again so easily.  The concept of "never again" was a real struggle for what seemed like 100 days.

Great job brother and keep the resolve ... the nic-bitch is a sneaky one...... just keep in mind she may be sneaky but you are a BADASS QUITER!!!

Just so I don't lose this gem, what DMF I was:

I'm picturing a fire right now. It's a large one. It's really glorious, to be honest. And each and every one of you fucks is in it. Fuch you for me finding this site and deciding to quit. I could be having a ninja dip right now, and not on these boards. And it's called a ninja dip because ninjas are fucking AWESOME.
Blow it out yer ass
Alright, so first, fuck you. I bet like most dippers you're an uneducated dipshit, barely capable of reading anything I write. Second, for you "ninja dippers" out there hiding it from your wife, color me unimpressed. I was hiding it from judges, politicians, and clients. Hell, those that knew thought I was a bad ass cowboy because of it. And I was. I was in an industry where no one does this redneck shit. But me, I owned it. I fucking made it cool. I'd be liqoured up with a lipper in doing better work than most people could do stone sober on 10 hours of sleep.
Oh God. The post that shall life in infamy. SMH and a little 'crackup'
Yep this is the one I was talking about. "Best of BSD, volume 2"
I need to collect my greatest hits and post them in my introduction page.

Day 27 (or is it 26?) and its hard to believe I'm here. First 24 hours were the worst 24 hours of my life, no question. By no means am I out of the woods yet, but without this site, I never would have made it 2 days, much less 22.

Still craving after lunch in particular and sometimes when I get home from work but I throw in some fake stuff and power through.

Having people like Mr. Nice Guy and Charlie Hotel to text have been life savers. Couldn't do it without those guys, either.

Speaking of flushing the system, and I have water now thanks for the tip, I've done Bikrahm yoga in the past and am pretty decent. Thing is, it takes place in a 105 degree room and is 90 minutes. It's no bull shit, basically. Anyone have experience with crazy ass workouts within the first 72?
The harder and angrier the work out was the better for me the first few weeks. Helped flush the system, took care of some rage, and I was so damn worn out all I could do was lay on the couch.

Work your ass off. It will flush the crap out quicker and help you feel better.
