To post Roll call

Just find the most recent Roll post in your Group. It is the long list of names followed by number of days quit and maybe a short comment, like

Skoal Monster -1516 Your Moms so dumb she sits on the TV and watches the couch.

Hit Quote

Add your name to the bottom of the list of Quitters.

Highlight the entire content of the bottom box where you just added your name.and RIGHT CLICK IT.

a Drop down menu shall appear, hit CUT. not copy.

Go to the top box and PASTE IT IN.

Don't spend all day writing a witty comment or you will "bump" quitters that cut and paste while you are composing your textbook. Just post roll and get out.

Also did I mention don't use copy? use CUT.

Got it?
Got it! Thanks.

"CLOSE THE DOOR. In my opinion, it?s the single most important step in your final quit. There is one moment, THE moment, when you finally let go and surrender to the quit. After that moment, no temptation will be great enough, no lie persuasive enough to make you commit suicide by using tobacco."

Today is Day 1.  I've dipped on and off, mostly on, for the past 9 years.  Mostly Copenhagen.  Long cut, then the devilishly tasty Wintergreen, and pouches.  I'm here to quit...forever.  I never want to go back to it.  I have problems remembering Day 1 once I make it past the first couple of weeks...not today of course...today sucks.  I've bought a bunch of Trident, drinking water...I've made it into the afternoon, so that's an accomplishment.

Question for any of you who know how to do this:  How do I add my name to the June future HOF group?  I've been lurking on the page, but haven't figured out yet how to do it.

Thanks.
Welcome Wade, and congratulations on quitting cancer! I'll quit with you today!
Thanks brother! We're quitting together...today.
Day 4. Feeling good! Ecstatic to be breaking free. I'm beginning to feel like I have control of myself again.
BAM!!!! The fog is lifting some!
Watch out your just getting started!!! You can't expect 9 years of 'mostly on' dipping to magically leave.
Yeah, I know. I'm just happy I'm beginning to feel a bit better. The demon is still there...it's just a little easier to deal with it.

Nice job Wade, keep up the great work.  Don't forget how you are feeling right now, you are ridding your body of a toxic agent.  It feels like shit doesn't it?  If we do this right, we will never have to go through it again.  I quit with you today.  Lets post roll and do it again tomorrow.
X2 fantastic job! It is hard work getting started but the payoff is worth it.
Stay strong!
Thanks brothers! I appreciate the support.

Thanks brothers. I really really appreciate the support. Yesterday was a straight up bitch. Today is no easier. I did manage to get some sleep last night, so I'm happy for that. I'm focusing on just making it through today...tomorrow is not here yet. I've printed out some good quotes I've seen here and I'm putting them on my wall right above my computer screen. I will not cave...not an option.

Day by day, that's all you can do. Do it for you and no one else. Go look at some of the pics where dippers/chewers had to have shit removed because of this crap.

Day by day, hold on for the ride because the first couple of days are a bitch. I'm not going to sugar coat it.

Don't look back just keep pressing forward.
