You have to quit for yourself. Not a bribe from your mother. Your 44 for fucks sake. Grow up.

There is no easy way. Cold turkey is the way to go and the way that works here for us. Don't put it off for another 2 weeks, most people who do that never quit. Start today. Chuck the shit into the toilet and post day 1. You can do it.

It will suck for a few days but after that you will feel like a new free man with each day getting better and better. Make your mama proud and tell her to keep her money because you can handle this one yourself.

After you pitch that shit, go to the welcome center and read everything there to learn how to post roll each day.

You can do this but you have to want it for yourself.
Enough is enough. Time to take control back from the nic bitch. My HOF speechGR8WHITEBUFFALO

Hi I am new here and have been dipping since I was 17 and Im now 44 damn that's a long time. I need to guit and I know it. My gums are shot my teeth are a mess and I probably have a dip in 10 hours out of the 13 I am awake. Another scary thing is I have been swallowing it for years. I am glad I found this website I am gonna need it. I have a few questions AND I HOPE THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE TO ASK IF NOT PLEASE HELP ME GET IT RIGHT. I AM STARTING MY QUIT ON MARCH 1 2013 SO I TRIED TO FIND A QUIT GROUP BUT iM LOST.I decided to stop because I know this will eventually do some bad things to my body if it already hasn't and I want to stop for my son who has been asking me for years to stop. But I am stopping for me and another good incentive is my mom said she would give me a 1000 dollars if I can make 100 days so that will help. Well I will have lots of questions and need lots of help and I ordered two sample can of rocky mountain snuff to try and also I was wondering If nicotine patches help and what I can do to make this as easy as possible. So this newbie is ready and I will be asking lots of questions. Looking forward to quitting and I know this wevbsite will help a lot.

Welcome Larrylush. A couple things.

- Why wait until March 1st? This is just an excuse to cuddle with the nic bitch a little while longer. If you are truly ready to quit, throw it all down the toilet right now and go post Day one in the May quit group. You are destined to fail if you keep making excuses like this.

- This is a no-nicotine site. You are NOT quit if you are taking nicotine of any form. FYI, you are just making it tougher on yourself anyway.

- Click the welcome center link on the top left of this page to get started.

- Read as much as you can on this site. In time you will learn what is really going on with your addiction to nicotine and the tools you can use to fight it.

Here'a the short version.

This is a no nicotine site. NRT won't help you anyway, it's BS.

There is no easy as possible. Quitting is fucking hard. This you punishment for being a dumbass.

Quitting on March 1st will not make it easier than right now.

You are quitting for a $1,000 bucks? What are you going to do when you get that money in your hand?

Would somebody please continue? I am out of time.
