Hello all,
New to this forum as I just found it while browsing for support for quitting. I have been dipping Cope since I was 13 yrs. old (1981). About a can a day. I had quit before about 10 years ago for several months. I went on a fire assignment and while working night shift I fell back into the trap. I want to quit for myself and my kids. My daughters find it disgusting and my son mimicks me by spitting. I forgot how damn hard it is. I have made it 48 hrs. Now and I feel like crap. Everything is pissing me off and I have a raging headache. Wish me luck as I really want to do this and be chew free for the first time in almost 30 years.
Congrats on a great decision. No luck is needed here....Just committment from you. This place is a great resource for quitting and you will find plenty of support from the brother and sisters here. Get started today...Post role

Check out the site and read up. Becoming "Quit Educated" is very important. Knowing what symptoms/challenges to expect helps you prepare and fight through the craves.
You can do this! Let me know how I can help.
Welcome!
