Welcome aboard, quitter. If you want to know the secret to never chewing again, I'll give it to you right here:

1. Post roll right away in your day.
2. Get involved with your group, post within your group, PM your group, get numbers from your group, get to know your group.
3. Do this every single day of your life.
4. Once you hit the HOF, keep going. Quitting doesn't end after 100 days.

I can assure you that if you do what I have outlined here, you will be able to stay quit. Take it one day at a time. Post roll. Wake up the next day and do it again.

Been trying to figure out your name. Seen you posting roll steadily since joining. Everyone has their own way of participating and amount of time that they can allow. I told my wife 16 days ago that the next 60 days are all me all the time. She gets it. I spend a fair amount of time in the morning and PM here. It helped me get through the suck and it kinda grows on you. Never been much of an internet message board guy, was always a lurker on my school's scout.com site. The more you participate the greater your chance of the end goal, no nic ODAAT. See fine example of aggiemanziel on our August board or on introductions today. I don't wanna be that guy.

I never started an intro page, better late than never. I was busy just jumping into roll.

Either way, proud to give this shit up for 9 days now. The poison had it's grip on me for 12 years, but I finally put my life and dreams in front of it since it was full of lies and deceit.

I'm from Chicago, originally southern Indiana. I'm an engineer for a company that builds explosive actuated devices (ejection seats, launch vehicles, etc).

Im tired of this poison and quit with all of you.
