Day 25 - Just reflecting back on my quit a bit.

Days 1 - 3 all I could think about was chewing.
Days 4 - 6 severe stomach cramps
Days 7 - 10 Rage
Days 11 - 25 Hardly ever have cravings...However, as a true addict once said, the NIC bitch never dies, she only hides. I remind myself of this every day, because forgetting about the NIC bitch is her secret weapon, and the fastest way to using again!

Another huge tip I received when in the early stages of my quit was to embrace everything to do with my quit as it came...I.e. the suck, the fog, the rage, the mind games. Embrace them and never forget!
Stay strong, there are hurdles yet to come. They always come, so have a plan, and make sure other quitters have your digits.
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

Hell ya. Im going to post roll and quit edd of my life. The devil can take the nic bitch and leave. I won't be controlled by a habit as l alone have complete control over all my decisions. 'na na'
Today, your life changed for the better. Get ready for the suck. 3 days of quit hell. This is what separates the quitters from the cavers. You have to make it through the first 3 days, they are the hardest. Read intros and stay connected to the KTC site. When I quit 197 days ago, I lived on this site just to get me through. It's gonna be tough, but you got this!!! We have all been where you are now and understand what you are about to go through. We've got your back. Other guys in your March group are gonna reach out. Exchange digits. It will save your life. Make it happen. It really is life or death. Me reaching out to you is what the prior quitters did for me. PM me if you need digits. WUPP- wake up, piss, post. EDD - every damn day

Welcome chad! Post roll and get this addiction under control. Read up and you will read story after story how we're all addicts and almost every one fails in their attempts to quit without help. This addiction is horrific and damn near impossible to beat alone, post roll EDD and you will never be alone. I quit with you today!
Tobacco is so addictive it took me a year after a massive heart attack, in which doctor confirmed caused from dipping to finally put a lid on the bitch! ODAAT EDD

So today is day 1 of my quit. Kind of confused as to what group I belong in as I'm new to all of this. I like hunting, fishing, and camping. I work overnights so hopefuly there will be some support late at night if needed!
Welcome KChad, make this the best decision you've ever made. You are in the March 2017 Group...get in there introduce yourself and post roll.
