I've been texting with AppleJack, and I do owe you guys an explanation. He gave me three questions I need to answer.

1. What happened? - I went out with some coworkers and vendors and fell back into a very bad habit. Eating, drinking and chewing. I know it is not acceptable.

2. Why did it happen? - No excuses here. I caved. Plain and simple. I just didn't put enough thought into what I was doing.

2. What are you going to do next time? - As someone posted earlier, I need to get my shit together. I will think about how shitty I felt when I caved, talk to those I'm with for their support. This was an issue for my last night, because my coworkers had no idea I even chewed. They do now and I will be talking to them about my quitting.

Focus on today... Forget about words like forever, never... Etc. That makes my head hurt thinking about it. What I can do and I know you can do is stay quit this day. You control that. You control you actions right now.
