Yes. I can help. About 99.9% of my time on this site is with an iPhone, including now. Call me After 9:30pm central time 205.337.7926

Anyone with an iPhone that can offer any help. I try to access the forum on my iPhone and the Quit Groups option is the ONLY one that is not there. No idea why...

Hey Crazy, not posting on the weekends is just that ---CRAZY----. For me posting roll is a promise to myself and to all my brothers that I will not dip today. With out posting roll on the weekend would give the nick bitch some ammo. As it stands your first week you need to take all the ammo away from the bitch as you can. No where on this site have I read that quitting is Monday through Friday. If you want my advise "Taking the weekend off" is unacceptable!
Day 78 and also a First Time Quitter - post roll every day and you will make it. Great Decison BROTHER.
dont take the weekends off get some numbers text your quit to some of these guys most will be glad to post for you
Not posting roll is very dangerous. I have not missed a day in 350 days. If you cannot get to a computer then text someone and we will post for you.

Post early, post often.

I've been dipping for a little over 7 years straight through. Never even attempted to quit before. I got a random urge on Monday and threw away my brand new can. This site has been really helpful so far and I know will be the key to quitting. I figured no better time than now. I'm all in, so get used to seeing my screen name around. I'm afraid I might have a hard time positng the roll call on Saturday and Sunday mornings b/c my home laptop is broken. Might be kind of tough to do from my iPhone.
