Couple of questions for whoever wants to answer, Do I have to be invited into a group or can i just join one. Once i'm in a group I would post roll in that group only? Thanks in advance for the help!

Hey Hunter Thompson...there is no invite. There is conviction. That's what posting roll in a group is. You got conviction to quit today? If so, you head over to Feb. 2011 and you put your name down saying your quit today. Then, you get up tomorrow and before that first drop of coffee hits your cup, you do the same.

Decided 2 days ago while working night shift that I'm finished dipping, started dipping around age 15, hitting the 34 mark next month. wife has been on my ass to quit for about 7 years, (married that long now) :) . I have 2 wonderful kids a 3 year old daughter and 11 mth old son. About a week ago my daughter found a can of timeberwolf laying on the table, she opened it and proceeded to try and have some of daddy's candy! After that little mishap I really started thinking alot a quiting. so almost excatley 48 hours ago I had my last dip, but I am on my 4th pack of gun already. wish me luck
