You can do this nate. Welcome aboard! Been there done that and have 264 clean days because of the people here. Use the tools here and you will succeed.

Oh....me. But I stopped 1800 days ago with the help of this place.

That is the exact same title that I used for my intro 113 days ago. Welcome to ktc and congratulation's on quitting and making the best decision you ever could. Go to the salmon colored welcome center in the top left corner of your screen and click on it, then read and it. Their you will learn about posting roll and why we do it, along with alot of other great info. If you need any help with anything just pm me. I quit with you today.

Hello group, my name is nate and i dipped a can of kodaik a day for 15 years. Made it my news years res to give it up for good this time. On day 9, which is the longest i have ever made it. Looking forward to getting to know you all.
