The dip crave is bad however the cig crave is insnane. I can't fucking sleep. Can't fucking eat. Been running a fucking temp of 99.8 all fucking day. Fuck newports fuck cope.

Another thing....you don't miss the taste of tobacco. Your body is not getting it's regular scheduled poising and it's pissed and playing mind games. No alternative product is going to taste/feel like the real shit.

There is nothing wrong with using fake, but you have to accept it for just that...it's fake dip. It fills a mental void and in my opinion is an excellent transition step.

However, if you keep searching for something that has that tobacco flavor you think you are looking for...well then I suspect you will eventually find your way back to the real thing.

Anyone recommend other herbal dips?
So far these halls menthol cough drops in my my dip spot is doing the trick, however I do miss the taste of the tobacco, anything close?

I am a man of my word thats part of the reason it took a little bit to post roll, I wasnt gunna lie and tell you guys I was dip free then, when I said half ass I ment I was on my phone and really couldnt figure it out.

Place your quit as one of your highest priorities. It will ensure your success. Post Roll first thing in the day. Honor that promise not to use nicotine in any form for that day. Wake up tomorrow and repeat. The more effort you put into this, the stronger your quit will be.
