Post roll in the morning Andy...Don't be a fucking pussy, you know you need to quit, and you've been given an opportunity to ease the pain by sharing in the experiences of those on this site. It helps, believe me. If you tossed the can you quit and if you quit we want you to stand up and be recognized with us as a quitter. Doesn't matter if your quit is 10 minutes old or 10 days old.

When I quit in January the toughest time was the first hour because of the rebellion going on for control of me. Quit and give us your word and you will keep your word to us as we will keep our word to you--we will not use nicotine today.

When you quit, the cope devil will hit you with a vengeance, there is no easy way around that. What you did yesterday was "try to quit". Trying doesn't work. It's time to decide to quit, and face this head on. No more for any reason. Are the next 3 days gonna suck? Yup. Will it get better? Absolutely. As you batten down the hatches, remember what the first 3 days feel like and know that you are never going to have to go through them again. You can do this.
