Spencer, on this your HOF "eve", I just wanted to thank you for quitting with me everyday. You, my friend are a quit in action. Congrats, stop and enjoy tomorrow for the milestone that it is ... Then continue the quit you've been killing. See you on roll ...

I want to make sure you realize how important it is to self educate here. The Welcome Center link at the top of the page will give you the "why's and how's".

Everywhere you come across on this site contains everything you need to beat your addiction down. Arm yourself with that knowledge.

Everybody you come across on this site has something to offer. Get to know people... stick around, get involved, and be active. Follow the path bro... it leads to freedom. It's awesome.
