While you're still here and engaged with KTC, allow me to throw a bit of cold water on the Kumbaya of Quit. The fact is that for every 4 people that join KTC, only 1 makes it to 100 days. Most of those failed quitters are the flash in the pan type. They start an intro page and their first post is usually full of determination, brotherhood, I've-drawn-a-line-in-the-sand stuff. But then they disappear. Why? Because quitting is HARD, and it takes a while to understand how to succeed.
Quitting isn't something you do (successfully) on a whim. You're addicted to a very powerful drug that has fucked your brain up. Your brain is going to become your worst enemy and will rationalize to you why you should chew again. Just one more. Today isn't a good day to quit anyway... Quit after this weekend....
I'm just letting you know that, while I'm glad KTC and I'm glad you want to quit, this has all the ingredients for a flash in the pan.
Prove me wrong.
