Welcome to ktc GrizzlyFir. This site is a real life saver and has helped so many of us addicts quit tobacco and kick that evil can to the curb!!! Always use the resources that are here and reach out to your quit brother's and sister's and get some number's. The first 3 to 4 day's are the worse but it does get better, just take it one day at a time and post roll early every single day. even two or three time's a day if you have to. Get yourself some sunflower seed's, hard candy, gum or even some fake chew for when the craving's are at their worst. Congratulation's on making the best decision you ever could and quitting tobacco. If you need anything at all feel free to pm me.

Welcome Grizz. Today truly is the first day of the rest of your life. You have decided that you will no longer live as a slave. The day i finally decided to take a stand against my addiction has turned out to be one of the best days of my life. I chewed constantly, couldnt stand to go an hour without it. Thanks to the help ive found on the site, as well as my own strength, im coming up on three weeks nic free. The first few days can be rough, but honestly its not that bad. Breathe deeply when cravings hit, remind yourself of why you are doing this, and reach out if you need support. Also, do not forget to post roll each morning, as soon as you are up. If you cant post roll text one of us and have us post for you. PM me if you need anything.
We have nothing to fear but fear itself.

GrizzlyFir here. Just had my last dip of Grizzly wintergreen earlier this am. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. It won't be easy I know that as I have tried to stop a million times before but this time is different. I have a steeled resolve and if found this site. I'm quitting for myself this time. That is what is different.
Keep up the winning attitude, we are all here to help. Reach, out to anyone at anytime if you need it. Come here to bitch, and yell and cuss, so you don't do it to your family.
