Hi my name is Rob I have chewed for 9 years and decided to quit Friday. I am now on day four and feel the fog I have read about. Also is it common to have a tight neck and things like that?
Welcome rob. There's gonna be alot of weird shit going on with you. Let's take a second here to think about this, now remember I was right where you're at 317 day's ago, but like you I was really scared shitless! My body was going through some weird shit that I had never experienced. At times it was so bad I almost convinced myself to buy a can, I felt like shit and I knew my little tin friend would make me feel better. Then the help started rolling in ,guy's and gal's on here started telling me that's your body healing trying to get back to normal. See for me 38 year's shoving poison in my face was gonna take a long time to heal and I figured chances are some shit can never be reversed. Just like you 9 year's of that shit is gonna take a while to heal! Read the welcome center, learn how to Post roll, early, every damn day! One day at a time! More help , answers and advice will follow as soon as you post roll that is the price for help here at ktc! I quit with you today!
