Names Damien, 4/3 at 9:45 was my last chew. I had a bad dream with one of my kids in it, woke up a and threw my cans away.
Today is a little hard kind of sureal.
Great decision, Damien. how long you been dipping? If you only threw the cans into a garbage where you can easily get them back - I strongly suggest opening the cans and dumping all contents into the toilet. Otherwise, you'll be tempted to pull your can back out of the garbage during a weak moment over the next few days...
The first several days are the toughest, so be prepared mentally for a tough go, for a while - but just take it one day at a time, or 1 hour at a time if that works better. Dont think about anything else.
Drink alot of water, and get yourself some sunflower seeds, fake chew, hard candy, gum, etc, if you start missing having something in your mouth.
You can do this - just look around at this site, and you'll see it can be done.
