What will you do differently this time? This is what worked for me...
1) go to this site when you feel cravings
2) REACH OUT - people in your life, family co-workers rare usually supportive
3) there is a "contract" floating around on this site...print it off and keep it
Only YOU can make YOU quit, but you're not in it alone. This is a serious thing...in fact, it is "life and death" serious. Re-commit, find where you went wrong (triggers, etc), learn from your mistakes. Otherwise, R.I.P.
