Glad you found the site! Trust me quitting is 95% mental and 5% everything Else. If you want it bad enough then you can have your freedom back but it won't be easy. You just have to re train your brain and that won't happen overnight. PM me for digits and quit on!
The BEST day to quit was Yesterday, the second best day is TODAY!

Welcome NCDawg, get on over to the link provided above for Nov 2017. That's where I am, PM me or other members for phone numbers for texting daily support or day count totals. These texts can be a daily reminder to get your roll posted, or an ass kickin for why your'e not there. I text my day count and receive counts back from about 8 or 9 people a day, some vets and some from our Nov group. This is the support community you will need to avoid buying that can or roll at the next truck stop

How long have I been quit?

I brew the beer I drink, what's your superpower?

[spoiler=These are a few of my favorite KTC quotes:]

"I need to move forward. This is different from move on. Do not confuse someones willingness to move forward with their willingness to move on. I am not moving on or giving up, I just have to move forward." Candoit

"I will light my money on fire before I give one more cent to those death dealers." Greg5280

"Half assed posters are doomed to failure" TheWolfe

"Unless you are dead, there is no excuse to miss roll" TheWolfe

"This seems to be working, why change anything?" Zeno

Quote from: NCDawgWell I've done it I've quit today is day one for me. I'm fairly long 29 but have been dipping for 12 years now, the only time I quit was when I went to boot camp and I should have stayed quit when I got out but I digress. I've dipped a can a day for awhile now and I've had enough. I think for me it was more a stress reliever and oral fixation but I've undoubtedly become hooked on the "tine." I drive a truck for a living so I think that will be the hardest is to not have a pinch when I'm driving but hopefully a snuff alternative will help. I'm a big college football fan and pull for the Georgia Bulldogs so hopefully they have a good season and keep my stress levels down. Thanks for reading my intro and GO DAWGS!!!
NC welcome! We have a bad ass quitter here named Gas that runs OTR. He's quit 300 some days so the good news is it can be done driving a truck if you jump in with both feet. The way this works, is you join your group, for you Nov 17, post roll which is your promise to not use nicotine in any form for 24 hrs. Keep your promise, rinse and repeat. Stay close to the site and read as much as you can on here. Get over to your group, introduce yourself, get on roll , and get you some quit!

Also, Georgia football sucks! Go Blue!
