+1 man, good job making it through day 1. Sco said it, just repeat tomorrow. All you have to do is make it to bedtime without using any nicotine. Welcome.

Hey Chipper,

Welcome to the site, and nice job today! Keep going strong, one day at a time. The next few days will suck, but you have a ton of support to get it done. Let me know what I can do for you.

First of all, want to?

Do or do not, there is no try

Quit, it's that simple, staying quit is the hard part. Read around this site,, read the HOF speeches, words of wisdom and the other intros. Alot of great reads for a young quitters. Second, go over to the Welcome Center and read how to post roll here: index.php?showtopic=50

Then go to your new home, your quit group July'12, find that in the quit groups here: index.php?showforum=2

Posting roll is giving your word EVERYDAY that you will not use nic that day (were a no nic, cold turkey site). Take it one day at a time, you can't quit forever, but you can quit today!

Remeber, the most important day of your quit? TODAY

PM me if you need anything
