Yes I am. Had been thinking about quitting and decided today was it. Dumped cans down the toilet and am taking a stand.

That's your quit group - December. The instructions for posting roll are right there. By posting roll, you give your promise that day to remain nicotine free. Be a man of your word after posting, and you're done for the day. It won't always be easy, but is certainly not impossible. Read everything you can and get to know other quitters on here, it will help your quit immensely.

Get to it Chap, your life may depend on it.

There are no circumstances in which using nicotine will improve the outcome.

My journey. The best part it is not over yet.

Welcome and congrats on the great decision:
1. Figure out how to post roll
2. fight the craves, water, exercise and any kind of fake chew, gum, seeds, etc.
3. read and get active, you get out what you put in

Are you nicotine free right now?
Some of my fondest and clearest memories are peeing in places that aren't bathrooms.

I Quit Today!
« on: September 02, 2015, 01:34:00 PM »
Hello to all. I am udchap and I am here to quit. I have been dipping for 7.5 years. I am a teacher, baseball coach, and new husband. I am looking forward to meeting each and every one of you. I have tried to quit before and lasted for some time, but continue to fail. Thanks in advance for any help. I enjoy all sports, working out, just being around friends, and beer. I hope to hear from you soon.
