Your intro looks so much like mine did 125 or so days ago. I was at day 9 and lost. You have made a great decision to be quit and finding KTC will help you be quit and stay quit. Every other response is dead on. If 100 more reply, they'll all say the same thing.
1. Post every morning.
2. keep your promise to stay quit for today.
3. Wake up tomorrow and do it again.
As easy as washing your hair, right? Haha!!! You're going to have days that really suck, if you haven't already. This will pass. Stay close to the site when you can. Tell everyone you know and don't know that you are quit. Hell - I told everyone about the site for the first two months. Tell your dip buddies that you are quit and tell them about the site. Drink lots of water, exercise, understand your triggers, find an oral release like gum, seeds, fake snuff, coffee grinds, Jaw breakers, whatever works. Going back to dip is not an option.
We're all here for you. Now go get some numbers and emails and don't be afraid to text. Even just to say, "I'm quit with you today." You'll be amazed how much it will help you and the person you're texting.
