well quit brothers day 20 ended rough.......that nic bitch has been sneaky.....she has been whispering in my ear for a couple of days and tonight....she broke out the heavy artillery.


i swear i can taste it and smell it....it is like a dip dream while awake....fuck that bitch!!!

i am posting roll in about 2 min for day 21!

One week was a milestone for me. Nice job brother. Next goal: 2 weeks. Quit one day at a time though, but I think it is good to set goals. Either way, kick ass quitting man.

I love that attitude as well. I don't remember what day it was, but I do remember a day that I suddenly felt MUCH better. The craves were still there, but more of an annoyance than anything else. Glad your quit is growing strong, D2!

Just a minor, gramatical point: You didn't "beat that bitch once before." If you had beaten her, you wouldn't be here today. She played dead once, but you found out that she was just biding her time until you were weak.

But today is day 5 for you, and the important thing is that you made a promise to us all, and you will keep it!
