Today I am quit 71 days and doing fairly well. I have dipped for over 35 years and this is my first time quitting. To be honest, I never had an interest in quitting. I defended the poison to the end. My original reason for quitting was giving it up for Lent, hence the 2/10 quit date. After Lent was over I decided to stay quit for several reasons. My daughter is a 4th year medical student who is going to specialize in Ear, Nose and Throat (ENT) and I didn't want to be her first patient and another is because of KTC. The support here has been incredible. The quit has had its ups and downs but every time I needed a lift I found it here. Thanks to so many awesome people in KTC that have helped me get this far. My May 16 group is also incredible. Looking forward to my HOF soon. Thanks KTC!!!!
